How many appointments will I actually get?
We won't promise a number, because it depends on demand near your location, the hours you have open, and which pathways you join. On your consultation we'll talk through what availability looks like for your part of Greater Seattle, so you decide with real information rather than a sales pitch.
What does it cost to join?
Applying is free. The cash pathway has $0 setup. The insurance pathway has a one-time $125 setup covering CAQH guidance, onboarding, and billing support.
How much am I paid per appointment?
On the cash pathway, payouts start at $50 per eligible completed 60-minute appointment, plus $15 for each eligible 30-minute extension. Insurance compensation is reviewed with you on your consultation.
Do I become a BelloZero employee?
No. You stay an independent practitioner with your own business, room, and clients. BelloZero adds appointment opportunities on top of the practice you already run.
Do I have to accept every appointment?
No. You see the appointments that are available and accept the ones that fit your schedule.
How does the insurance pathway work?
Insurance work starts with a CAQH profile and credentialing. We guide you through it, handle onboarding with you, and support billing afterward. Onboarding takes approximately 90 days.
How long until I see revenue?
The cash pathway can produce revenue in as little as 60 days, though timing and appointment volume aren't guaranteed. Insurance takes longer: potentially 5 to 6 months before revenue becomes meaningful. You can run both at once.
How and when do I get paid?
You're paid per eligible completed appointment. We walk through payout timing and method on your consultation, before you commit to anything.
